He is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in operations management, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership. Known for delivering complex projects on time and within budget, he excels in his ability to lead diverse teams, streamline operations and foster stakeholder collaboration. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence have consistently driven success in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

His proven ability to implement best practices, manage large-scale projects, and maintain strong client and vendor relationships makes him an invaluable contributor to our wealth management operations team. In his role as a Transition Specialist with Momentum, Ahmer leverages his excellent operational skills to help advisors navigate their transition journey. Ahmer also holds the Series 7 & 66 through LPL Financial as well as the Health & Life Insurance licenses.

He likes to stay busy, when not at work he enjoys spending time with family & friends. Attending and supporting his children’s sporting and artistic endeavors, playing in his local softball league, playing guitar, cooking and gardening.

Zulfi Hassan is an experienced IT End User Computing Specialist with over 15 years of expertise in managing Windows-based environments and providing technical support. He most recently worked at Barnes & Noble College Booksellers, supporting over 16,000 users across various field locations and corporate offices. Zulfi excels in system administration, Office 365 and Oracle NetSuite management, Active Directory, and troubleshooting network issues, with a focus on ensuring systems stability and meeting SLAs.Zulfi is recognized for his ability to communicate effectively with end-users, managers, and remote teams, acting as a crucial liaison to deliver efficient solutions. His technical proficiency spans hardware and software support, network configuration, and IT ticketing systems. He also contributes to training new hires and managing the deployment of legacy and new applications across the company. With prior experience at USA Studios / Primetime Post and AT Corp, Zulfi has developed strong help desk and IT support skills. David Lokai

As a professional in the financial services industry for the past 35 years, David brings a wide breadth of industry experience, knowledge, and expertise to Momentum Wealth Partners.

David spent time at Wells Fargo where he worked in product development and annuity distribution, coaching and training financial advisors to help them achieve their highest levels of performance. While at HSBC he was a senior product wholesaler, overseeing the distribution and growth of advisory assets; at PNC, David was the Director of Financial Planning where he leveraged the firm’s planning tools and practice management techniques to help advisors engage in asset retention and growth.

As a Managing Director of National Sales at Momentum Wealth Partners, David works with advisors to ease their transition to supported independence while also accelerating growth and maximizing their opportunities for acquisition.

David started his financial industry career after spending 10 years serving as an air traffic controller for the United States Air Force. His military experience combined with all his other roles have prepared him to excel in his role at Momentum Wealth Partners.

David currently resides in Northern New Jersey for the past 40 years with his wife of over 20 years and enjoys spending time with his four children and three grandchildren as well as playing golf.

Susan Pearlman

Susan's career in the financial industry started at A.G.Edwards & Sons as a Financial Consultant from 1986 and  then Raymond James Financial Services in 2008 where she decided to pursue her goal of owning her own financial services firm in Huntington, NY. For 25 years Susan was a financial consultant in Huntington Village where she also immersed herself in the community, being involved in and helping out local organizations and charities. Susan has been helping advisors transition to independence since 2021.

Susan was born in Brooklyn New York.  After high school, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Albany in 1984. Susan still lives in and loves Huntington, where she enjoys walking her dogs, going to the beach, cooking, gardening and spending time with family and friends

 

Julie Hefner

Julie has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years almost exclusively in the wealth management sector.  Shortly after graduating college with a degree in Business Administration, she obtained her Series 7, 66 and insurance licenses which are currently inactive.

Prior to joining Momentum Wealth Partners, Julie worked in various roles including an Investment Operations Specialist, Transition Specialist, Wealth Advisor Assistant, Investment Solutions Representative, and an Operations Manager. 

When Julie is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, reading, or attending sporting events. 

Julie is so excited to be a part of this wonderful team at Momentum!  She is responsible for assisting advisors in transitioning their business and is passionate about ensuring a successful and efficient transition.

William Christian Gabrielsen II

Managing Director | National Sales

William Gabrielsen is a Managing Director of National Sales with Momentum Wealth Partners. Gabe, as he is commonly referred to, is a respected industry veteran of more than three decades having raised capital for leading financial services companies as a senior executive, national sales manager, regional leader, and financial advisor. Gabe has led teams that distributed separately managed accounts, variable annuities, structured products, hedged mutual funds, and alternative investments. Prior to joining Momentum Wealth Partners, Gabe served as national sales manager at Lincoln Financial, Knight Capital, and was president of The Lightstone Group. In addition, Gabe was a divisional sales manager at The Equitable/AXA as well as Strategic Capital. As National Sales Manager at Lincoln Financial managed over 100 wholesalers. Most recently, Gabe has been a financial advisor for KeyBank in Maine. Gabe has a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont and lives in Maine with his wife, Joy, son, Hans Christian, and has two adult children, Sonja and William.

Doug Frank, a proud Clemson University alumnus, is one of the Managing Partner and Co-Founders of Momentum Wealth Partners, a testament to his extensive experience and leadership in the financial services sector. Throughout his career, Doug has held key roles, including Regional Vice President at AXA Financial, Regional Marketing Director at Lincoln Financial Group, Vice President at LPL Financial, Recruiting Director at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, and Managing Director – National Sales at Gladstone Wealth Partners. 

Doug's strategic acumen and leadership skills have contributed significantly to the success of each organization he has been a part of. Now, at Momentum Wealth Partners, Doug leverages his wealth of experience to provide business development and recruiting expertise to advisors.

 

Greg Shah

Chief Technology Officer

Greg brings almost two decades of proven expertise to Momentum Wealth Partners, specializing in the convergence of technology and marketing. His extensive experience working with startups and small and midsize businesses across various industries has equipped him with a unique ability to guide businesses through the ever-changing technological landscape. Greg is a certified Full Stack Engineer and Developer as well as being certified in various Microsoft Cloud Solutions such as Teams, 365, Sharepoint, Intune amongst other Microsoft applications.

A results-oriented leader with a "can-do" attitude, Greg readily engages, nurtures relationships, and prioritizes delivering measurable value across the financial services technology spectrum. His true expertise lies in crafting and executing high-impact tailored marketing campaigns transforming data into actionable strategies that drive business growth.

Greg lives in Clifton, NJ and enjoys producing music, playing music and traveling internationally in his spare time.

 

David Costa

Legacy Financial

Dave began his career in the financial services industry over 30 years ago. He achieved a Certified Financial Planner™ designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.  He is a member of the Erie Estate Planning Council and Erie Chamber of Commerce. 

Dave focuses on providing fee-based financial and retirement planning for individuals and small business owners.  An area of his specialty is in retirement rollover services and distributions, as well as striving to provide lifetime income solutions.  Additionally, Dave is recognized for his experience in life insurance and annuity strategies.

Dave is a lifelong resident of Erie and attended and Gannon University majoring in Finance and Economics.  He resides in the Frontier Park neighborhood of Erie with his talking African Grey parrot, Nikki.

Peter Rossi

As Managing Director of National Sales at Momentum Wealth Partners, Peter’s role is to help captive financial advisors transition their business to an independent model or to help RIAs looking to merge, so they can leverage Momentum’s size and scale. Whether you are an advisor who desires to challenge your entrepreneurial spirit by building an enterprise, or an individual who wants to focus exclusively on growing your own personal practice, Peter and Momentum Wealth will work directly with you to outline a clear path no matter what level of business you desire to create.

Peter earned a BA in Accounting from Iona University, New Rochelle, New York, and he holds a Life and Health Insurance license. Peter not only enjoys playing golf and perfecting the art of pizza making, but he also cherishes the time he spends watching his two children Nick and Julia play lacrosse and softball. He lives in Somers, New York with his wife Lisa of 25+ years.

 

Michael Elchoness

Managing Director | National Sales

Michael joined Momentum after a career in both Wealth Management and the Hedge Fund industry having joined from Shrewsbury Capital where Michael was a Managing Director on the Investor Relations team. Prior to entering the Alternative Investment space, Michael spent most of his career in Private Banking/Wealth Management where he focused on client acquisition, deal team management, networking with centers of influence and the hiring of team members. 

He was most recently a Vice President at PNC Wealth Management where he was responsible for both business development and managing a book of high net-worth clients.  Prior to joining PNC in 2014, he spent 3 years at TD Wealth Management as a Relationship Manager and 9 years at Wells Fargo and its predecessor companies in both Business and Private Banking. 

Michael received a B.A. in Communication from Rutgers University in 1996 with a concentration in Finance. He also completed his Certified Financial Planner designation in 2006.  When not spending time with family, Michael spends his time on the board of several nonprofits.

 

Tina Beck

Chief Marketing Officer

Tina brings with her more than 25 years of experience in senior-level marketing positions specializing in public relations, media relations, social media marketing, copywriting, multimedia campaign development, event management, and specialty promotions. In addition to serving as CMO of Momentum Wealth Partners, Tina is also President of Elite Marketing Concepts, of which Momentum is a Fractional CMO client, and CMO of Elite Consulting Partners.
 

Kevin Frank

Managing Partner | Co-Founder

Kevin Frank has established himself as one of the most adept business development strategists in the financial services industry with a particular emphasis on advisor growth within sales, marketing and recruiting processes. His reputation as a committed visionary is unsurpassed and he has dedicated himself to realizing the goals of financial advisors by achieving firm partnerships that align professional and personal aspirations in tandem with exceptional client service to forge the path forward to financial success for advisor, client, and practice alike. Kevin’s resume boasts more than two decades of experience in financial services, punctuated by leadership roles of influence, among them Chief Business Development Officer at Pine Valley Investments, Head of Business Development at Elite Consulting Partners, and Senior Recruiter in Business Development at Cetera Financial. Additional leadership positions which are part of Kevin's distinguished track record of success in financial services and recruiting include executive level roles at UBS, AXA, Lincoln Financial, and Allianz Life. A graduate of Clemson University, Kevin resides in New Jersey with his wife Stacey and two kids. Kevin is an avid golfer and member of the Golf Digest panelist program and enjoys coaching hockey, drumming in his band and spending time boating with his family.

Ronald Vinyard

Head of Supervision

Ron joined Legacy Financial after a long career in the U.S. Army.  From that experience, he brings a sense of service, dedication, and commitment to his work and his clients.  Ron serves as an LPL Financial Advisor and Registered Principal focused on small businesses, families, and individuals in the pursuit of retirement and other financial goals. 

Ron has a Master's in Business Administration in Finance degree from Penn State and an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Lindenwood University.  He has also earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional certification, the Chartered Financial Consultant™ designation, the Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist™ designation, and the Wealth Management Certified Professional™ designation.  He is Series 24 (General Securities Principal), Series 7 (General Securities), 66 (Uniform Combined State Law), and SIE (Securities Industries Essential) licensed with LPL Financial and also holds Accident, Health, Life, and Fixed and Variable Annuities insurance licenses. 

Ron is a member of the Erie Chamber of Commerce and Growth Partnership, The American Legion, Business Networking International, the Financial Planning Association, the Manufacturer and Business Association, and is on the Board of Trustees for the Erie Day School. He and his wife Nicole live in Fairview, PA, and have three children, Audrey, Adalyn, and Jackson.

Asif is a champion of advisor success and uses his insightful industry perspective to build high performance teams, establish efficient recruiting processes, create tactical operational strategies, and foster advisor autonomy and entrepreneurship. A recognized innovator in diversity leadership, Asif is passionate about inclusiveness within financial services and has personally spearheaded numerous initiatives to further the conversation of industry diversity through demonstrated practices and programs.
