I hold the CFP® designation, one of the most respected credentials in the financial services industry. The CFP® mark reflects my expertise in comprehensive financial planning, my commitment to rigorous ethical standards, and my dedication to always putting my clients’ best interests first.

In addition, I maintain my Series 7 and Series 66 investment securities licenses through LPL Financial and am licensed in life and health insurance. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Finance, cum laude, from Drexel University in 2001.

Beyond my work in finance, I value quality time with my wife, Debbie, and our son, Dominic. We enjoy exploring South Jersey’s local wineries together. I am also an active member of Calvary Chapel of Gloucester County and enjoy the fellowship and friendly competition found on the golf course.

John joined Momentum Wealth Partners with more than 20 years of experience in recruiting, executive search, and organizational development across financial services, technology consulting, and insurance.

After earning his B.A. from the University of Delaware, John began his career as a Financial Advisor, gaining firsthand insight into the operational and growth challenges advisors face when building and scaling successful practices. That early foundation continues to inform his strategic approach to advisor recruiting and team development.

John built his recruiting career in the Manhattan market, partnering with hedge funds, financial institutions, and consulting firms to place senior executives and technology leaders in highly competitive environments. Over the course of his career, he co-founded and operated recruiting firms and held senior in-house talent acquisition roles within elite consulting and insurance organizations, designing scalable talent strategies aligned with measurable business growth.

At Momentum Wealth Partners, John focuses on advisor recruiting, strategy, disciplined execution, and aligning talent acquisition with the firm’s long-term vision for growth and supported independence.

John is a committed AI practitioner who designs and implements practical artificial intelligence workflows to enhance sourcing strategy, market intelligence, and recruiting performance.

John resides in New Jersey with his wife and child. He enjoys skiing, strength training, golf, playing guitar, and spending time with his family.

Michael serves as Chief Investment Officer at Momentum Wealth Partners, leading the firm's investment strategy, portfolio construction, and asset allocation decisions. With over 30 years of investment management experience, he brings institutional-level expertise and a commitment to delivering performance-driven solutions for financial advisors and their clients. Before joining Momentum Wealth Partners, Michael was Senior Portfolio Manager at NewBridge Asset Management, a Victory Capital Holdings franchise, where he shaped portfolio strategy and authored market commentaries that guided advisors through both calm and
volatile market conditions.

Michael has built his reputation on translating complex market dynamics into actionable insights. He understands that successful investing requires more than strong analytics; it demands the ability to explain the reasoning behind portfolio decisions in ways that resonate with advisors and investors alike. This rare combination of technical expertise and communication skill has made him a trusted voice throughout his career.

As CIO, Michael oversees Momentum Wealth Partners' model portfolios and maintains ongoing dialogue with advisors about market conditions and investment opportunities. Matthew Vance is a dedicated and motivated Financial Advisor committed to delivering exceptional service and empowering clients to pursue their financial goals with clarity and confidence. A graduate of Rutgers University Honors College, Matthew earned his degree magna cum laude in Finance and Marketing, with a minor in Economics. His academic success was complemented by his involvement in the National Society of Leadership and Success and the Rutgers Finance Association, where he further developed his interest in financial strategy and client-focused advising.

Matthew specializes in comprehensive financial planning, investment analysis, and custom investment management. Outside the office, Matthew enjoys traveling, snowboarding, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on his favorite Philadelphia sports teams.

Becky Schetter is a two-time graduate of Bowling Green State University. She received her Bachelor of Science degrees in Education and Business Administration. Becky is the Operations Manager for Greg Kopan - assisting the representatives and staff members under his supervision and servicing his personal clients.

Terri has worked at Beacon Financial as a Service Administrator since November 2006. She currently is Service Administrator to Stephen Kennedy. She previously was the Service Administrator for Henry DeMain, Jim Kennedy and Greg Kopan. She has over 33 years of experience working in the Investment/Insurance industry. She also has had previous experience in the Service/Retail industry as a Business Owner and General Manager.

Julie Simcox has worked as an Administrative Assistant to Daniel Rudski since January 2019. She has over 16 years experience working in the investment/insurance industry. Julie had previously worked in the family business as the Accounting Manager.

Gloria J. Buganski is the Business Manager and Information Technology Manager for Beacon Financial. Gloria began working for Jim Kennedy in 1985, joined Butler Capital in 1998 and continued on with Beacon Financial in 2005. Gloria graduated from the University of Toledo in 1981 with an Associate's Degree in Data Processing and in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Services.

With a solid foundation in accounting and finance, Earl holds an MBA and professional designations including CLU and ChFC. He graduated from the University of Toledo with a degree in accounting, bringing valuable expertise to our team.

A Registered Representative with LPL Financial, Ken holds CLU, ChFC, and AIF designations, demonstrating their commitment to professional standards. They are Series 7 and 66 registered through LPL Financial, and licensed in Ohio and other states, offering access to securities, investment advisory services, and comprehensive financial planning. Robert Hogsette is the founder and president of Hogsette Financial Group, LLC, with 34 years of experience in wealth management, financial, business, and retirement planning. For 25 years, he has specialized in serving Ohio fire and police departments and state employees, using a personalized, holistic approach. His career includes management roles at MassMutual Financial Group and numerous industry accolades, including Million Dollar Round Table membership.

Driven by a commitment to client flexibility, Rob established his independent practice. He holds Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations through LPL Financial, along with life and health insurance licenses, and a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. His expertise has been recognized in publications like "Cleveland Smart Business" magazine.

Married for 34 years, Rob and his wife have two children: a daughter, a nurse at The Ohio State University James Cancer Hospital, and a son, a former U.S. Marine now in agricultural sales. He enjoys family time and outdoor activities such as golf and hunting.

Ted Calabrese is a seasoned financial advisor with over 52 years of experience in the financial services industry. As a former Air Force pilot, Ted brings a unique perspective to our industry, combining precision and strategic thinking with a client-centered approach. As a graduate of The Ohio State University, Ted holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing in addition to several professional designations, including CLU, ChFC, and AIF, which reflect his dedication to ongoing education and excellence in the field.

In his personal time, Ted is actively involved in organizations such as the American Legion and the American Society of CLU, ChFC, AIF. His personal interests include fishing, hunting, and photography, which contribute to a well-rounded lifestyle and allow him to connect with clients on various levels.

Jim Kennedy started his career working for his father in the life insurance business in 1976. In 1983 Jim began to transition over to the investment business, eventually leading him to Beacon Financial. His son Stephen joined him in 2008.

Jim and Stephen leverage sophisticated financial planning technology to provide diversified, risk-appropriate portfolios to clients in pre- and post-retirement.

Jim was taught by his father the importance of service to their clients. Jim is now passing this same message on to his son. Jim feels it is a privilege to have worked on both sides of a father-son business.

Stephen Kennedy is 3rd generation in the Investment and Insurance business after following in his Dad and Granddad's footsteps. Stephen graduated from St. Francis DeSales High School in 2004. He attended Bowling Green State University where he majored in Financial Planning, graduating in 2008. After graduation he joined his Dad at Beacon Financial. Together they leverage sophisticated financial planning technology to provide diversified risk appropriate portfolios to clients in pre- and post-retirement.

Jacquelin Moody is an Investment Advisor Representative through LPL Financial. She has over 40 years of experience in the financial industry. Jacquelin is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Jacqueline believes helping her clients begins with the client relationship. When working with individuals and families, it is crucial that they know how much she cares. Establishing trust through a team (CPA, attorney and financial planner) brings confidence to clients.

Dan Rudski, provides detailed planning, disciplined investment strategies, and personalized service. Since 1998, beginning with Savage and Associates, he has specialized in personal investment, retirement, and life insurance planning for families, business owners, and individuals. He focuses on building and managing client wealth, earning referrals from clients, attorneys, and CPAs.

Dan emphasizes strong client relationships and tailored strategies. He attended Central Catholic High School and Lourdes University.

Residing in Holland with his wife, Tegan, and their three sons, Dan actively serves his community. He sits on the Lial Catholic School and Toledo Central Catholic Board of Trustees and has coached junior high basketball and baseball for over 25 years.

Greg Kopan is the CEO of Beacon Financial, LLC. Greg has been an advisor since 1985. His securities registrations include Series 24, Series 7, Series 51, Series 63 through LPL Financial and is insurance licensed for life, health and variable products. Greg is an experienced investment advisor and Accredited Investment Fiduciary working with business owners and professionals.

In addition to his responsibilities at Beacon Financial, Greg has held leadership roles on a number of outside boards including mutual fund companies and is past chairman of the Cetera Advisors Advisory Council. Locally, he is also a past chairman of the University of Toledo's Foundation Board, and served as the President of the Inverness Club and Sylvania Country Club.

He is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in operations management, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership. Known for delivering complex projects on time and within budget, he excels in his ability to lead diverse teams, streamline operations and foster stakeholder collaboration. His hands-on approach and commitment to excellence have consistently driven success in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

His proven ability to implement best practices, manage large-scale projects, and maintain strong client and vendor relationships makes him an invaluable contributor to our wealth management operations team. In his role as a Transition Specialist with Momentum, Ahmer leverages his excellent operational skills to help advisors navigate their transition journey. Ahmer also holds the Series 7 & 66 through LPL Financial as well as the Health & Life Insurance licenses.

He likes to stay busy, when not at work he enjoys spending time with family & friends. Attending and supporting his children’s sporting and artistic endeavors, playing in his local softball league, playing guitar, cooking and gardening.

A graduate of Towson University, Stacy earned her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Stacy’s approach is rooted in her belief in building strong, trusting relationships with her clients. She values understanding what matters most to them—whether it’s preparing for retirement, saving for their children’s education, or pursuing financial independence.

Lorraine Harrod has dedicated over 20 years to helping individuals and families pursue their financial goals with honesty, integrity, and genuine care. Carrie was born in New Jersey and in 2010 moved to North Carolina where she currently lives with four children and loves being a mom. She enjoys being an active part of her community, children's travel sports and spends her free time traveling and learning new things.

John brings nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry to Tauer Financial Services. A graduate of the University of St Thomas in St Paul, MN. John holds a degree in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science with a Minor in Economics and Finance. His career journey, which began at a small community bank in Minnesota, has equipped him with a deep understanding of diverse market conditions and the importance of personalized financial strategies.
